Weekly Update - August 19th, 2026
As summer winds down and another school year begins, our calendars seem to get busy in a hurry. In the midst of all that activity, I'm grateful for the opportunities we have each week to gather, encourage one another, grow in God's Word, and simply enjoy being together.
Friday Night Game Night
Come on out this Friday, August 21st, at 6:30pm for food and fun at church!
Sunday Morning
We'd love to see you this Sunday as we gather to worship the Lord together.
- 9:30am – Bible Study for all ages
- 10:30am – Morning Worship
During our worship service, we'll continue our series on the book of Psalms by looking at Psalm 16. I'd encourage you to read through Psalm 16 before Sunday morning and continue to memorize Psalm 34:1-3.
Youth Gathering

Visitation & Funeral Info for Diane Fite
Visitation will be held at Weerts Funeral Home on Friday, August 28, 2026, from 4:30-7:00 p.m. A funeral service will take place at Weerts Funeral Home on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., with a brief visitation beginning at 10:30 a.m. Please continue to keep Bob and the rest of the family in your prayers.
Recurring events for the next week include:
- Coffee and Conversations (Monday at 8:30am at Sunny's)
- Young Adults Bible Study (Tuesday at 6:37pm at church)
- Men's Prayer (Wednesday at 8:00am at church, followed by breakfast at McDonald's)
